The concept of the design proposal for the landscape design of the new office building in Faliro was the creation of a sustainable garden with constant aesthetic and environmental interest, with less possible maintenance services and long life expectancy.

Cloud-clipped Mediterranean shrubs are planted in combination with colorful perennials and grasses at the entrance of the building, while a green roof with a 30 cm soil depth is created at the last floor of the building in order to create a venue for relaxation for the employees and nice views from their offices. Trees and shrubs with different colors and textures provide color and variation that allows the green roof to change during the seasons of the year.
